Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cook or Mess Cook, preferably in an institutional or communal dining setting. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and familiarity with diverse cuisines. Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or food safety certifications are a plus.
